Canoe Island, WA: Located in the center of the San Juan Islands, Canoe Island French Camp welcomes 200 children and families each summer to study French language and culture within the security of the private island. The 34’ M/V La Reine (The Queen) is USCG certified for 20 passengers and is used as a ferry for the small island camp. The 18’ long cargo deck allows for transportation of large cargo and has removable seat lockers for passengers. Port and starboard side doors make boarding from the dock a breeze.
